Warehouse Technician- Join our Growing Team
Aquatic Specialty Services, Inc is looking for experienced warehouse technician, that is seeking a long term career in the commercial water industry. We are expanding and seeking a team player, that is committed to fostering professional growth with an opportunity for in house training & skill development into our industry.
Duties:
to receive & maintain inventory
check good received against pack lists, purchase orders and enter received accordingly
update daily logs and review material inventory levels
maintain SDS logs
prepare shipments to customers
receive shipped goods
load and unload with fork lift
stack materials on skids accordingly
in addition do light repair work on commercial equipment, all training will be provided in house
Skills:
good verbal and written communication skills
be able to lift 50 lbs
be able to work in warehouse environment
be able to multi task, self motivated and take initiative
be able to work with with others and be part of a team
be able to work with pool chemicals, carboys, pallets

The prospective candidate ideally should have fork lift training and good communication skills to work with staff and clients. Preferably some basic understanding of mechanical operations, electricity, plumbing, a clean driving record, possess good customer communication skills, and be flexible and able to adapt to on going potential site repairs & demonstrate basic computer skills. Trade skills industries there is a shortage of, and if your a great candidate with a will to learn, to move beyond the warehouse.
Wages are hourly. We have a generous benefit package that includes 80 hours paid vacation first year, sick days, medical, dental and vision insurance, holidays, 401k, and life. We also provide manufactures factory training to eligible employees and ongoing continuing education.
