We are hiring a dependable cleaner to maintain upkeep at two locations in Seattle, WA: 3625 Beach Dr SW and 3600 California Ave SW Seattle, WA 98116. This part-time position requires cleaning services twice a week with estimated time of 2 hours total between both properties. Candidates should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Compensation is $25 per hour or $100 per week .
Cleaning services included:
Sweeping and Power Washing:
-Sidewalks, pathways, and parking areas.
-Building exteriors
Trash Removal:
-Emptying and cleaning trash receptacles.
-Litter pick-up around the building perimeter.
Landscape Maintenance:
-Trimming bushes, shrubs, and hedges.
Graffiti Removal:
-Promptly report any graffiti to the property manager
Light Fixture Maintenance:
-Cleaning light fixtures, report any nonfunctional lights to property manager
