ASSOCIATE -
Olympia firm seeking to fill an immediate need for a joint transaction and litigation Associate. This position will assist with various matters that arise from the firm's real estate litigation and transactional matters. Many of the firm's clients are locally owned and operated companies, contractors and landowners. The position allows for a wide latitude of independence with client files, along with mentorship and the support necessary to succeed. It is a fantastic opportunity to work with a great group of legal professionals to learn a multitude of areas of law including real estate, litigation, estate planning, corporate formation, construction and landlord tenant law.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
To be immediately considered for this great opportunity, you should have the following:
1-3+ years' experience (including litigation);
Active and in good standing Washington Bar;
Knowledge of court rules, procedures in multiple counties;
Must be detail-oriented, flexible, and organized, with demonstrated success handling multiple projects on a daily basis;
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading and people skills required;
Willing to help grow the client base of the firm including out of-office events and marketing;
A very strong work ethic, who is willing to be an active participant in their own professional training and development.
