We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocating for clients' rights and a proven track record in personal injury law. This position involves representing clients in various personal injury cases, negotiating settlements, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients. Salary can be negotiable depending on DOE.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate personal injury cases and provide legal advice.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court.
Maintain client communication and update on case progress.
Conduct legal research and draft necessary documents.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
Prepare cases for trial and present themselves effectively in court.
Good communication and collaboration are required.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in WA(Washington).
Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
Experience in personal injury law is not required.
Must be able to come to the office when it is necessary.
