Beacon Hill's client, an Am Law 200 firm, is looking for a temporary Business Immigration Staff Attorney to assist their team.Location: Hybrid, Seattle, WA 98104 (1-2 days in office)Start: ASAPDuration: 6+ monthsHours: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM; 37.5-hour workweeksHourly pay: $44-$60/hour DOEResponsibilities:The attorney will assist with the preparation and review of non-immigrant and immigrant visa filings, including all types of nonimmigrant work visa petitions and applications, PERM labor certification applications, EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 Applications, I-9, and e-Verify advice. The firm's immigration attorneys also support and train clients in immigration program management and compliance and supervise the work of paralegal staff in recordkeeping and document preparation.
