Small successful plaintiff’s litigation firm seeks experienced legal assistant/paralegal.
Responsibilities include e-discovery in complex civil litigation; preparing and responding to discovery; document review; research and trial support; preparing exhibits and trial notebooks; case management, and calendaring and tracking multiple deadlines. An ideal candidate will be a self-starter able to manage working with multiple deadlines and lawyers.
Candidates should have 3+ years litigation experience, substantive knowledge of Federal and WA State Court procedures and rules, proficiency in e-discovery software (iPro/Eclipse) and case management software (Clio).
