I am a paralegal in need a FCRA/FDCPA/TCPA lawyer who is accepting new client referrals. A reliable, well organized and detail oriented sole practitioner is my first preference however, I will consider a large firm if the vibe is right.
Please be comfortable handling cases involving ID theft, mixed file, debt collector/debt buyer violations, (e)8 and reverse (e)8 dispute matters. Also be proactive by trying to settle via demand letter vs. federal court filing.
Newly licensed but willing to learn? I can arrange introduction for training from an experienced practitioner.
