We seek a full-time Paralegal/Senior Paralegal to assist with our family law practice. This remote position involves handling various family law-related tasks such as legal research, drafting and filing court documents, and assisting attorneys in case preparation. Responsibilities also include managing client communications, scheduling appointments, maintaining case files, supporting attorneys during court proceedings, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Qualifications:
Experience in legal research and case preparation
Ability to draft legal documents and manage court filings
Strong organizational and case management abilities
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Capability to work independently in a remote setting
Knowledge of family law procedures and legal standards
Proficiency with legal software and office applications
Paralegal certification or relevant degree preferred
Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
