LEGAL ASSISTANT (COMPLEX LITIGATION)A premier legal firm specializing in high profile litigation has an immediate opening. This company has significant ties to the northwest and has grown their legal practice around successful representation of many local area firms and companies, including those who reach into the national and international arena. This boutique firm enjoys a great reputation in the legal community and provides an opportunity for excellent legal staff to employ and expand on their skills. This firm is seeking a qualified litigation legal secretary to assist senior level personnel with a continually growing practice. This newly created position will work closely with attorneys on file management, document production and client contact. Scheduling, docketing, document management and special projects are also part of your legal duties. The atmosphere within the firm is congenial and team-oriented. The company provides a strong benefit package and will offer a competitive salary to the qualified candidate. Currently interviewing, onboarding/training and work is remote; however, attendance in the Seattle office is REQUIRED when employees return to work.REQUIREMENTS:A minimum of three years or more current litigation legal secretarial experience is preferred, (Washington court experience REQUIRED) along with proficiency in dealing with both federal and state court rules.
