NJP’s Eviction Prevention Unit seeks a full-time, experienced Legal Assistant based in Everett to support our fast-paced eviction defense practice. This full-time position is part of the statewide Eviction Prevention Unit (EPU) and reports to the EPU Northwest Region Managing Attorney. The primary practice area is housing but may include family law, consumer, public benefits, and other areas of civil legal assistance that NJP provides.
NJP requires all employees to be vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19. Providing proof of COVID-19 vaccine is a condition of employment. Exemptions based on medical and sincerely held religious beliefs may be requested per NJP’s EEO employer policy.
