NJP’s Eviction Prevention Unit seeks a full-time, experienced Legal Assistant based in Everett to support our fast-paced eviction defense practice. This full-time position is part of the statewide Eviction Prevention Unit (EPU) and reports to the EPU Northwest Region Managing Attorney. The primary practice area is housing but may include family law, consumer, public benefits, and other areas of civil legal assistance that NJP provides.
