Our firm is growing! We need a highly motivated and independent attorney, who wants to make a career in PLAINTIFF'S personal injury/road design. This is a FULLY REMOTE position.
The ideal candidate will take on the following:
- Draft discovery requests/responses
- Draft pleadings
- Attend depositions
- Manage clients and opposing counsel
- Work with the principal attorney in litigation.
Mentoring is also offered as well as ongoing CLE and other benefits. This is a PT to a permanent position.
