Seeking a qualified candidate for busy and collegial business and real estate practice groups at a sophisticated and established mid-sized downtown Seattle firm with lots of great and interesting work. Direct experience with general business or real estate transactions a plus. Initiative for business and practice development and an LL.M. in tax preferred but not required.
