Small nonprofit looking for a well-rounded, highly motivated employee for a full-time position. Job has multiple duties with the primary area of emphasis on organizing and launching professional events. In addition to event-related duties, the chosen applicant must excel in customer service, be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of Products, have a creative nature, and experience providing exceptional office support services. The selected candidate must be self-motivated with a proven capacity to learn through reading, research, hands-on, and self-study. The chosen applicant must be available to work in our Olympia office Monday through Friday, be available for pre-scheduled evening hours from time to time, and be able to travel in-state and overnight several times each year. The selected candidate must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and personal auto insurance. All applicants must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb two flights of stairs easily, stand or walk for 20 minutes or more, and be energetic and comfortable in social environments.
