About the Opportunity
A fast-growing, performance-driven automotive group is seeking a resourceful and organized Marketing Account Manager to join our in-house marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities with precision, and understands how to drive results through process, collaboration, and creative problem-solving.
What You’ll Do
Analyze marketing performance reports and campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate directly with department heads and store-level leaders to align marketing strategy with sales and service objectives.
Manage the execution and tracking of co-op advertising submissions, approvals, and reimbursements across multiple brand partners.
Coordinate marketing traffic tasks including asset delivery, ad placements, and campaign timelines across internal teams and external vendors.
Lead social media strategy and content planning across platforms—including collaboration with internal stakeholders and creative partners.
Support campaign planning, creative execution, and reporting across retail promotions, seasonal events, and product launches.
Participate in performance meetings, presenting insights and contributing to decision-making discussions.
Maintain close coordination with brand stakeholders, creative partners, and media vendors to ensure flawless project flow.
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, account executive, or project management role (automotive, retail, or agency experience a plus).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across a high-output team.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft365, Google Workspace, and task management tools.
Experience with GA4, META Ads, Programmatic Ad Platforms (DSP), Social Media Management Platforms and Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, AI powered marketing tools.
Experience in graphic design, photography, and video production is a plus
