Purpose:
Responsible for supporting Company Marketing Initiatives through strategic planning and tactical execution for measured results.
Reports to:
Sales & Marketing Manager
Manages:
Marketing Activities and Sales Reporting Support
FLSA:
Hourly Non-Exempt (hourly rate plus overtime). $22-25 / hour
Education/Experience Required:
Associate degree with relevant work experience
Knowledge of Sales and Marketing Process that proves cause and effect – results oriented.
Hands-on experience with marketing and writing content.
Working knowledge of computers and relevant software applications such as:
o Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams
o ERP systems
Ability to learn software quickly.
Pipeline Management and Metrics Reporting
Attend continued education seminars, keeping current with marketing trends and strategies.
Primary Skills & Responsibilities:
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
Exquisite communication and people skills
High School diploma: BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage.
Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements.
Creating marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, flyers, posters, billboards, or postcards to promote products and services.
Designing brand elements
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
Support marketing executives in organizing various projects and research.
Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPI), such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement.
Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
Photographing items in all stages of projects.
Documenting, filing, and delegating web lead inquiries to the sales team promptly.
