About the Role
Wallace Roofing & Exterior Construction is seeking a motivated and reliable Marketing Associate – Canvassing to help generate leads and grow our local presence.
This position focuses primarily on door-to-door canvassing and neighborhood marketing — talking with homeowners, sharing information about our services, and scheduling appointments for potential roofing or exterior construction projects.
There’s strong potential for growth and advancement in this role — for the right person, this position can expand into broader marketing and leadership responsibilities as the company continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door canvassing to generate leads and set appointments
Represent Wallace Roofing professionally in local neighborhoods
Maintain accurate notes and follow-up details for each contact
Assist with marketing support tasks such as flyers, social media ideas, and event preparation
Help manage our booth at home shows and local events
Goal: Schedule at least 1 qualified lead per day worked
What We’re Looking For
Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing and confident speaking with homeowners
Organized, responsible, and comfortable working independently
Marketing or canvassing experience is a plus, but no experience is required — we’ll train the right person
Compensation
Hourly pay based on experience
Commission and bonuses for jobs you help generate
o Example: $10,000 project = $100–$300 bonus
