4 Adult Family Home owners are looking for a Marketing Director that works to fill in the Adult Family Homes with residents. The base salary is $2000.00 monthly. Besides, the base salary the Marketing director earns 50% the first month's resident's payment to the adult Family homes. For example, if a resident agrees to pay $8000.00 monthly rent to move into one of the 4 adult family homes. The Marketing director would get $4000.00 a month after the resident moved in. The job description including out reach to Hospital, Health & Rehab social workers and Assisting living Facility marketing directors, showing all the 4 adult family home to all sources of referrals and prospect residents.
