We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator with strong HubSpot and Apollo experience to join our team and assist in the coordination of sales processes, lead generation, and CRM management.
Job Overview:
As a Sales Coordinator with HubSpot and Apollo Experience at Wowrack, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with managing lead generation efforts, ensuring CRM accuracy, and coordinating key sales activities. This role requires expertise in using HubSpot and Apollo to track and nurture leads, run campaigns, and organize sales efforts efficiently. You will work closely with account executives, marketing, and technical teams to streamline sales operations and ensure successful customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation
- Use Apollo to conduct research, identify prospects, and generate leads within target industries, including businesses in need of cloud infrastructure and IT services.
- Manage outbound lead generation campaigns and ensure follow-up using HubSpot for nurturing and pipeline management.
- Assist in setting up email outreach and cold calling campaigns, managing prospect lists, and monitoring response rates.
Sales Support & Coordination:
- Support the sales team by preparing quotes, presentations, and proposals for cloud, colocation, and managed services.
- Schedule client meetings, demos, and follow-up calls, ensuring a seamless communication flow between the sales team and potential clients.
- Track the status of leads, ensuring accurate follow-up and timely updates in HubSpot and Apollo.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align lead generation campaigns with ongoing promotions, webinars, and industry events.
-Set up trade show booth and tear down
- HubSpot CRM Management:
- Maintain and update the HubSpot CRM with detailed and accurate lead, contact, and opportunity information.
- Track and report key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, campaign performance, and sales pipeline progression.
- Optimize workflows and automation within HubSpot to ensure efficient lead nurturing and sales processes.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Act as the initial point of contact for new leads, managing inquiries and providing potential clients with relevant information about Wowrack’s services.
- Work with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff from lead qualification to account management and customer onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients throughout the sales process.
Sales Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate and deliver regular reports on lead generation efforts, sales pipeline performance, and campaign results.
- Provide insights into the success of lead generation activities and suggest strategies for optimizing future outreach efforts.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with internal sales meetings, team coordination, and event planning as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to sales leadership, including calendar management and expense tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in a sales coordination or lead generation role, with specific experience in HubSpot CRM and Apollo for prospecting.
- Proven success in managing outbound campaigns, email marketing, and lead qualification.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and IT infrastructure services.
- Prior experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
Skills:
- Expertise in using HubSpot CRM and Apollo for lead generation, sales tracking, and automation.
- Experience using linkedin and other publication to generate leads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Extremely detail oriented with strong follow up capability.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

This is a Full Time position with 50% in-office in Tukwila
Attend about 15 tradeshows events around US yearly
Compensation: Base + Commission for every bottom of funnel Lead that you generate
