What You’ll Do: You will lead and inspire a team of designers to deliver stunning, aspirational yet attainable home staging projects that exceed client expectations. You will develop and implement processes that streamline operations and ensure seamless project delivery. You’ll hire, train, and manage a talented team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. You’ll also ensure brand consistency across projects, setting Spade and Archer apart in the marketplace, and tackle challenges head-on with a cheerful, can-do attitude.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience of at least 8 years in interior design, home staging, set decoration, or related fields.
- A Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, technical theater, photography, or a related field.
Skills:
- You can sketch a furniture plan for a three-bedroom house in under 10 minutes.
- You can drive a 17-foot moving van (and parallel park it like a pro).
- You thrive on finding the perfect accessory to complete a coffee table vignette.
- You’re physically fit and can lift 75 pounds (sofas aren’t as light as they look).
- You’re well-spoken, quick-witted, and can deliver or take a joke with equal ease.
- You’re the person everyone trusts to pick the perfect shade of gray.
- You’re thick-skinned, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You naturally command a room, and people follow your lead.
