FUN AND REWARDING CHILDREN'S ART TEACHER NEEDED IN OLYMPIA, LACEY & TUMWATER!
Local, well established children's fine art program looking for an art teacher to enrich children's lives through art.
Facilitate hands-on art lessons that encourage creativity and self-expression.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their artistic skills.
Here are the minimum requirements:
Must have a Bachelors art degree with the ability to show your recent artwork (preferably figurative; please email with your resume). Experience teaching art to children is preferred but not a requirement.
-Must enjoy children in helping them improve their drawing skills and confidence to develop their creative process.
-Must have reliable transportation.
-Must pass a background check.
What we provide:
All supplies and curriculum as well as video and in-person training.
Pay:
$23 per hour to start
$16.28 per hour, for one hour, per week, to complete the lesson plan prior to teaching and one hour once a month for supply pickup.

Hours:
Part-time. 2-3 hours per day, 2-4 days per week, with a possibility of more hours.
