Enjoy our employee training center, which has a full coffee bar, stocked with your favorite drinks before you start your shift each day. Work in a casual work environment while learning skills on equipment and packaging machines.
This position is key to our overall success. You will be part of a team that works with all aspects of our company in many capacities.
You will develop into a coffee technician over time that can operate packing machines, sealing machines and manage our distributor weekly orders.
Each Blend must be managed properly and with care. Each bag we create must follow strict guidelines with respect to our presentation of our bags. You will pull orders from inventory load sheets and/or packing lists.
We are looking for a fun and professional candidate with the desire to learn, work hard, and have fun. This is a fast paced environment with many different tasks to complete daily.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and lift for the majority of the work day. Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs on a regular basis. Must be able to communicate verbally and hear. The vision requirements include: close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
Work Schedule: Must be willing to work flexible hours when needed.
