In this exciting Full-Time Data Entry + Production Associate role at Far Bank Enterprises, you'll get hands-on experience as you evaluate customer returns while showcasing your computer skills in MS Office to enter vital data. Your attention to detail will come into play as you handle returns for our beloved Sage, Redington, and RIO brands and originate work orders essential for the rod repair process. As a multi-tasker and good communicator, you'll thrive in this fast-paced environment, ensuring top-notch customer service. Over time, you'll evolve and gain incredible experience through cross-training in specialized skill stations, all while contributing to the handcrafted creation of our iconic Sage fly rods.
