Our fly rod production within Sage Manufacturing team is building our teams with full-time positions that offer a competitive salary, benefits, and the opportunity to develop and advance within the company.
In this role, you will start each project by thoroughly reviewing the specifications for the fly rod model you are working on. Using a table setup, you will precisely attach rod guides, operate a foot pedal (like that of a sewing machine) to wrap the thread around the rod, and then meticulously trim the thread.

QUALIFICATIONS
o Exceptional hand-eye coordination
o Skilled in managing fine details both manually and visually.
o Ability to follow and understand specification guidelines for Sage fly rod production.
COMPENSATION
Starting Salary Range: $18.00 - $19.25 per hour, with a .50cent shift differential for the second shift.
SCHEDULE
Enjoy a three-day weekend for a better work-life balance! Monday through Thursday.
1st Shift 4:00AM-2:30PM 2nd Shift 2:45pm to 1:15am
