About the Position:

The Marine Installer 1 is an entry level position at Wooldridge Boats. This is a training heavy position that many current team members started in. The role consists of pre-paint and pre-installation detailing, installation of fuel systems, vinyl/decals, traction tape, flooring, glass, other trim work and carpet. Additional duties may include adjusting trailers, loading boats on trailers, the final detailing of boats as well as general shop clean up.

This is a position in which applicants will be served well by being adaptable. Workflow can vary, which in turn dictates where the Marine Installer is needed around the shop. The right applicant will be passionate about the trades and eager to help our fabrication department and electrical department, as that is where growth opportunities at Wooldridge Boats currently exist.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Interest in welding / ability to weld.

● Interest in electrical or electrical experience

Schedule (4/10’s):

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Education:

● High school or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

● Lift up to 60 lbs

● Bend, stoop, squat and stretch to complete tasks

● Must be able to work at heights and/or confined spaces

● Grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, kneeling, crawling, repetitive motions, laying on back, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
