Daily Tasks Include:
Safely maintaining chemical tanks to specified parameters using tank titration
Calculating plating thickness process time
Racking and masking parts according to customer specifications
Testing plating to determine adherence, thickness, quality, surface coverage and specified buildup
Accurately communicating with the manager regarding process problems and solutions
Efficiently communicating necessary information to fellow team members
Working within defined processes to insure quality and meeting production output goals
Continually working to refine processes and improve quality and efficiency.
We are looking for candidates who:
Has demonstrated leadership qualities
Has at least a high school education with good verbal and communication skills
Demonstrates strong math and computer skills
Can perform complex tasks and processes
Demonstrates improvement and continuing education
Keeps accurate records
Work Environment requirements:
Safely working with chemicals and wearing appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Repetitive motions including standing, bending, stooping, and lifting for up to 8 hours a day.
Able to work quickly and efficiently
Ability to read, understand and accurately follow written work instructions.
Lifting 35 lbs on a regular basis/ 50 lbs periodically
Ability to adapt to varying temperatures
