We’ve been building high-quality metal products in the South Sound for over two decades — and we’re looking for 3 skilled MIG welders to join our team (1) on days and (2) on Swing Shift. If you know your way around a weld gun, read blueprints like a map, and take pride in precision work, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Weld metal components using MIG per blueprints, diagrams, or work orders
Read and interpret mechanical blueprints
Use measurement tools to ensure top-quality results
Maintain high standards for accuracy and craftsmanship
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years’ production MIG steel welding experience
Detail-oriented and able to meet both quality and production standards
Solid blueprint reading and shop math skills
Reliable, punctual, and works well with others
Self-driven but willing to cross-train
Familiar with job-shop production and inspection equipment
Excellent attendance and a positive, can-do attitude
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Stand for up to 10 hours per shift
Bend, kneel, and stretch as needed
Willing to work overtime when needed
