JL Printing Shelf Management
Checking vellum details and artwork sizing for new orders
Updating the screen printing log
Updating the JL backlog as orders move
Separating fabric between heat press & screen printing shelves
Checking for details after printing
Matching bodies to printed panels and webbing
Attention to detail and Quality control
Heat Pressing
Accurately interpret orders including fabric sizes, colors, print colors and names lists
Use Flexi designer software
Matching printed vinyl to order numbers
Weed names from printed lists
Being able to manually set up names with loose letters
Properly line up names in center of fabric before pressing Confirm printed name is exactly as is on names lists
Webbing
Interpret work orders stating webbing lengths and color
Load webbing into the machine and input correct cutting information
Bundle webbing together neatly and label accordingly
Maintain a well-organized staging area for completed webbing
Additional duties include general factory assistance wherever needed.
