Job Title: Materials Handler
Department: Inventory
Prepares kits for production per BOM requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Accurately pull and count parts for WO BOM needs.
Maintain accuracy and organization of inventory.
Communicate issues in a timely manner and when daily assigned tasks cannot be completed.
Report any inventory discrepancies immediately to Supervisor or Manager.
Follow all company/department processes and procedures.
Report any issues with tooling in a timely manner.
Read and follow all Cut List requirements when cutting materials. Report inconsistencies to Lead or Manager.
Maintain positive attitude and work collaboratively with all levels of Production, Engineering, and Quality
Assurance staff and Management.
Maintain a safe work environment.
Implement/communicate continuous improvement ideas and suggestions.
Communicate directly with Supervisor and Lead.
Support Company goals and policies.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Other duties as required in support of the department and company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent and/or college related courses.
Ability to manage company personnel policies and procedures consistently.
Ability to communicate effectively showing excellent written and verbal communication skills with a diverse group of people.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
