PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under direct supervision, follow verbal and written instructions such as work instructions and/or test plans in completing highly repetitive tasks.
Perform quality checks including electrical measurements or electrical tests necessary to ensure conformance to performance requirements.
Be able to obtain, update and complete proper documentation for testing products, i.e. test records.
Be able to review required records to ensure compliance.
Read and understand quality and manufacturing documentation.
Once trained, be able to operate basic electronic test equipment, including scopes, multi- meters, power supplies, HI-Pot Testers, ATEs, and customer owned test equipment.
Maintain a safe and clean work area.
Strong attention to detail.
Work effectively and efficiently individually and/or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrate ability to organize and set up work area to maximize efficiency and quality.
Work overtime as required at direction of Supervisor (may be at shift end and/or weekend/holidays, etc., and may be without advance notice).
Other duties that may be assigned.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE. High School diploma or general education degree (GED) plus a minimum of one year related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS. Ability to read and interpret documents such as test or assembly plans. Ability to write or complete routine test reports/documentation. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally with co-workers, engineering and management staff.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

BENEFITS:
Salary range: $19/hr to $28/hr, plus overtime as needed
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
