WORK SCHEDULE: This position is full-time regular and exempt and requires the ability and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed, as well as being On-Call in the event of emergencies.
POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Chief People & Culture Officer, the Director of Facilities is responsible for administration and oversight of all facilities and maintenance Agency properties (owned or leased), oversight of the vehicle fleet, maintenance contractor management, and day-to-day facilities operations at individual facilities. The Director of Facilities oversees budgets, grants, and schedules; conducts and supervises maintenance and repairs; and ensures compliance with state and local health and safety standards.
