Job Title: Site Operations Coordinator
Location: Multiple sites within the Seattle area

Job Summary: The Site Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specified site, ensuring a positive and safe environment for staff, customers, and visitors.
Qualifications: Must be a self-starter with a positive and friendly demeanor
Able to communicate respectfully and professionally
Able to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate logs
Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and/or holidays
Physically able to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move 50lbs
Responsibilities Include:
Ensure common areas are safe, clean, and hospitable for all residents.
Conduct thorough cleaning at the beginning/end of your shifts, and as needed during shift. This
includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and collecting/removing trash.
Answer front desk phone. Handle inquiries and transfers professionally.
Correspond with CoLEAD, WDC and other ReblX staff, if program questions arise.
Manage/issue room keys
Assist in distributing food and snacks to participants;
Manage gates and doors, ensuring security protocols are followed
Monitor security cameras
Maintain participant visual log
Report maintenance issues
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in property management or hospitality preferred.
