Job Responsibilities:
Answering phones
Scheduling appointments
Greeting Clients
Filing
Assembly of Tax Returns
Copying/Scanning
Ensuring reception area is client ready
Weekend availability during tax season
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Details:
Located in Fircrest, WA
CPA firm
Full time, 40+ hours per week, Monday – Friday, some Saturdays
Must pass background check
Must have high school diploma or GED
