We are currently seeking a motivated person with an administrative background to join our office. The role is for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Director and Team in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a strong sense of discretion and professionalism, as you will be handling sensitive information and interacting with various clients.

This individual will need to be extremely organized with attention to detail, be able to work under pressure at times to meet deadlines, be capable of working independently and as a team player.

Strong work ethic and proven past job reliability.

Good problem-solving

Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage time.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while staying focused.

Strong proofreading skills with an eye for detail a plus.

Experience with Excel and Word experience required and an ability to learn other programs.

Efficient with Mail Merge

Experience with Acuity Scheduler a plus

What you will do:

Greet families and manage incoming calls

Provide front desk support as needed

Schedule meetings and appointments, and complete reminder calls

Prepare educational materials for specialists

Do general filing

Assist with managing office projects and creating reports

Keep Director up to date with open client orders, progress and office updates

Work with Director on marketing and social media campaigns

Hours needed:

Part-time: 2-3 days a week, 9 - 12 hours per week

Pay:

$25 to start
