The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $46,394 - $67,271, depending on experience.
Job Summary:
As the Administrative Assistant, you will be primarily responsible for providing general administrative support to the Legal Department and certain executives.
What You Will be Doing:
Provide general administrative support, including but not limited to calendaring meetings, drafting communications, coordinating travel, and other administrative tasks.
Provide transactional support to in-house counsel, including but not limited to, routing internal signatures, comparing documents, managing internal approvals, insurance matters, and filing and distribution of signed agreements.
Draft and send formal correspondence to customers and other parties.
Support the Paralegal in a variety of ways, including but not limited to, management of corporate entity formation, maintenance, other corporate governance items, business license compliance and leasing matters.
Support with invoicing process and records retention.
Send nondisclosure agreements and support with management of the NDA database.
Provide general administrative support to certain executives on an as-needed basis.
What We Would Like to See from You:
1+ years of experience supporting individual(s) in anadministrative support capacity.
High School diploma or equivalent
