Cressy Door company is now hiring qualified individuals for the Customer Service/Billing Clerk position at our Shoreline location. This job offered is Monday thru Friday 7:30am-4pm.
This position entails the following tasks:
Answering Multi Line Phone.
Make complete and accurate work orders.
Work order entries.
Filing/Scanning Job Files.
Invoicing/Billing.
Commission spreadsheets.
Assist customers in the office.
Create invoices. Collect payments.
Learn and perform residential showroom sales.
Communicate with the salesperson or dispatcher with job specific problems.
Create follow-up work orders and promptly for them.
Maintain AR log. Regularly call customers on past-due invoices.
Maintain a professional image to include presentable and proper attire.
Salary: $29 per hour.
