We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant that will be able to work part time from home, 2 to 4 hours per day ($25/hour).
Responsibilities include ensuring the efficiency of business operations, as well as planning for future growth of well established fine art school for children.
The ideal candidate will be well versed in all matters of business
and be able to work independently from home. In addition receiving, preparing and distributing supplies once monthly. Candidate must have transportation. Incorporating company’s vision and passion to parents and school office staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update website
Monitor registration
Scheduling with schools
Advertising
Provide support to clients and school office staff
Must have transportation for business related acquisition and distribution of supplies
Requirements:
Proven experience with references as a business manager
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems, including
returning and redirecting phone calls (phone provided)
BSc/BA in Business Management a plus
Must sign a 1-year contract
