Immediate Start: Office Manager for Busy Tax Office (Juanita, Kirkland)
Are you an energetic, organized, and client-focused individual with great communication skills? Our busy tax office in Juanita, Kirkland, operating since 2008, is looking for a temporary Office Manager to join our team immediately! The position has the potential to become permanent, depending on the needs of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage billing and calendar scheduling.
-Respond to client emails and answer phone calls.
-Guide new clients through our services and explain fees.
-Maintain a professional, welcoming environment for clients.
Requirements:
No tax background required (though previous experience in a tax office is a big plus).
Strong Outlook and Microsoft Office skills.
Experience in customer service or client management.
Ability to work independently, with excellent communication skills.
Willing to work long hours during tax season (9 AM - 8 PM, Monday to Thursday, and 9 AM - 5:30 PM on Fridays). After tax season (ending April 15), hours will be 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with no Saturday work.
Positive attitude and a “YES” mentality—someone who can go above and beyond with energy and enthusiasm.
