Seasonal Customer Care Associate
Department: ONSITE in Seattle, Call Center / Mail Order
Reports To: Manager, Online Sales & Customer Experience
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Seasonal: Season runs Mid-October through End of December
Essential Functions:
Learn about Fran’s products, pricing, and packaging.
Review and process mail orders online.
Print, collate, and notate paper order tickets and their attachments.
Take mail orders via phone using a headset.
Answer guest questions professionally via phone and take messages as needed.
Correspond professionally with guests via email.
Manage business gifting accounts.
Address and mail catalogs as requested.
Organize and restock office supplies as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Prior customer service experience.
A keen eye for small details.
Flexibility to switch between tasks frequently.
Passion for assisting customers and colleagues.
A demonstrated ability to build working relationships with individuals of various ages, cultures, socioeconomic backgrounds and abilities.
Ability and aptitude with Microsoft Office 365 and other technology necessary for successful day-to-day functioning in a business environment.
Clear a nationwide criminal background check and driving record background check.

Mental Requirements – Ability to reason logically and make sound decisions, to consider alternative and diverse perspectives, to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, to remain poised under all circumstances, and to interact effectively with people in a positive manner that creates confidence and trust.
Physical Requirements – long periods of sitting, working on a computer, walking to various work areas, going up and down stairs, talking on the phone, working with office/computer equipment, attending meetings and sitting at desk or table while listening, talking and taking notes.
Competitive wages at $22 per hour
