Professional property management company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated administrative assistant for a residential property manager serving the Puget Sound area. This role is ideal for a dependable individual with prior experience in the property management industry. We are seeking someone available to work from the owner’s home office located in Des Moines, Washington. Training is provided but prefer someone with prior experience in the property management industry.
Monday- Friday 9AM to 5PM (full time option) or Monday- Friday 9AM to 3PM (part time option)
Pay DOE and skill level $22-$25 per hour
Paid-Time Off accrual (PTO) Vacation/Sick Time (1 hour per 40 hours worked)
Work from management office located in Des Moines (no remote work option available)
Start date: Late October
Responsibilities in this role include:
Support Property Manager in a variety of administrative tasks
General office duties
Manage email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
Maintain property expense sheets and records
Process account receivables, payables and property deposits
Manage Intuit payroll system and manage employee files
Manage online marketing platforms for property listing
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of proven relevant work experience in business administration, accounts payable or accounts receivable
Proficient in Google office suite and/or MS Office: Excel, Microsoft Word
Very strong organization, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently on projects
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize among multiple projects
