Office Assistant

Leading supplier of PCI Computer Brackets is looking to hire a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to provide essential support in the areas of filing, sales order write-ups, phone handling, and general clerical functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with training initiatives and gaining proficiency in customer service, particularly in the context of inside sales. Pay $21.00 to $23.00

Key Responsibilities:

1. Filing:

Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.

Ensure documents are filed accurately and in a timely manner.

Retrieve files as needed and assist in maintaining an efficient filing structure.

2. Sales Order Write-ups:

Assist in creating and processing sales orders.

Ensure accurate and complete documentation of sales transactions.

Collaborate with sales teams to gather necessary information for order processing.

3. Phone Handling:

Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.

Take messages and relay important information to relevant team members.

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all phone interactions.

4. Clerical Functions:

Provide general clerical support to the office.

Assist in data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Data entry to help CFO in reconciliation of accounts.

Requirements:

Prior experience in administrative or assistant roles.

Clean criminal history and a reliable means of transportation.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in basic computer applications and office equipment.

Bilingual in English/Spanish a huge plus!
