We are a small, woman owned and operated business in North Seattle looking for a front office receptionist/admin assistant to answer phones, greet customers, schedule appointments and various other light office duties. We have been in business for over 30 years and have minimal turnover.

The position we are hiring for offers paid training.
Must be punctual and reliable with good communication, planning, and organizing skills as well as the ability to multi-task and maintain a professional demeanor and have time management skills and the ability to prioritize your work.
This position currently is part-time, with an option to go full-time, if desired.
The hours are 10AM-4PM, Monday through Friday. No weekends or evenings ever; Plus, we offer a generous paid holiday schedule. (start time is negotiable).
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma (or equivalent)
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to work independently
Organized and very detailed oriented
Punctuality is a must.
