Part time office assistant wanted in natural medicine clinic. Approximate 18 hours per week.
Small, one-doctor Naturopathic and Acupuncture office looking for an up-beat, outgoing, energetic, self-motivated person with great customer service skills. Familiarity with basic insurance billing process, QuickBooks and Excell preferred.
Scheduling in person and on the phone, responding to emails, answering questions about insurance, collecting payments, performing general administrative duties. Help with maintaining inventory.
Good communication skills and the right attitude required!
