We are a growing Property Management Company in Pierce County. Hiring an Office Assistant/Property Maintenance Coordinator. We manage individual homes, apartment buildings and some commercial buildings. This job is based in the office Monday – Friday, 8:00-4:30 pm. No weekends or afterhours.

Requirements:
Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and AppFolio is a bonus.
You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills
High School diploma or Equivalent
1+ Years Property Management Experience
Daily Duties:
Answering calls for the Property Management team
Entering vendor invoices for accounting department
Tracking all keys for rental properties.
Coordinating and managing maintenance requests
Direct scheduling of the maintenance staff each morning
Work directly with property owners and vendors
Work closely with our team members
