Our client, a boutique law firm located in DT Seattle, is searching for an Office Manager professional to join their solid team. This is a permanent opportunity to provide overall office support /HR/ AP&AR.

Ideal candidates will have prior office management experience and be able to hit the ground running with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with cheer and positivity

• Own all office administration duties

• Ensure kitchen is well stocked and clean as well as other office supplies

• HR - hiring, on-boarding, terminations, advertising

• Accounting - AP/AR and insurance, reporting payroll to offsite payroll specialist

Requirements:

Over 3 years' experience running administrative operations for a fast-moving company

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Expert organizational skills with the ability to stay on top of and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner

• Consistently deliver high quality and professional customer service to internal and external contacts

• Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

• Must have a positive attitude
