Must be punctual, reliable, a team player, organized, strong verbal communication skills, enjoys people and a multi-tasker.
Part Time to start (20-25 hours/week)
Open to working weekends
Tasks include:
Answering phones + scheduling jobs
Reviewing completed jobs and ensuring accuracy
Ensuring customers receive estimates + customer follow ups
Parts + Inventory Reconciliation
Posting customer payments
Compiling payroll for accounting
Managing email with prompt + professional replies
Customer Service
QuickBooks experience a plus
