You will fit right in with our team if you do! Located in the heart of Downtown Bellevue, OnGuard is looking to add to our talented team of Concierge/Security for our overnight position.
This will be for a Saturday and Sunday schedule 11pm-7am. We offer an On-Call option additional to your weekend hours for extra hours if desired.
Below are some examples of the duties included in this job.
- Excellent Time Management
- Provide a welcoming atmosphere for residents and their guests
- Complete shift report before the end of every shift
- Conduct hourly checks of designated areas to ensure property security
- Take pictures of QR codes in designated areas hourly to send to manager
- Answer phone calls when required
- Inform Facilities Manager of any emergencies that may arise overnight
- Check in packages (Minimal)
- Check unit keys in and out on occasion (For residents or Unit owners)
- Check on security cameras
- Maintain a high level of professionality between piers and residents
- Maintain confidentiality with building information
- Other duties as described in Employee Handbook
