JOB DUTIES
Scheduling and providing support to crews
Communicating with customers
Maintain customer records and keep database current
Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our work
Provide customers with a remarkable experience
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS
Highly organized
Experience in administrative work
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent phone, email, and interpersonal skills
Russsian proficiency preferred
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma
Administrative experience preferred
Salesforce experience preferred
