Our busy, client-focused accounting office needs a reliable, well-organized administrative staff to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. In this position, you will play a key role in all administrative functions of our business, including greeting clients, answering phones, coordinating appointments and meetings, correspondence, copying, mail, and additional duties. Potential to work into the Office Manager position.
