Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls professionally.
Log, sort, and distribute mail promptly.
Provide technical assistance to Project Managers as needed.
Maintain the cleanliness of the office, kitchen, including wiping surfaces and general tidying.
Take and relay messages for the attorney accurately.
Schedule appointments for the attorney and maintain their calendar.
Restock office and bathroom supplies to maintain inventory.
Scan and send client mail to remote workers in a timely manner.
Update the water delivery order to ensure adequate supply.
Assist in moving and setting up staff workstations.
Run errands outside the office, including trips to storage.
Update the administrative calendar with appointments and events.
Help PMs send and collect client documents via Dropbox.
Maintain up-to-date client contact information.
Set up workstations and user systems for new employees.
