We are seeking an on-site Administrative Assistant for our Seattle office. This position provides administrative support to the Chief Client Officer, Director of Legal Staffing, and Seattle Partner-in-Charge to ensure efficient management and running of the office on a day-to-day basis. The position will also lend support to covering reception on breaks and assist the marketing team with in-office events. THE POSITION
Some of the responsibilities of this position include:
Format, type, and edit (including proofreading) a variety of materials, including correspondence, memos, minutes, reports, PowerPoint presentations, and confidential materials
Provide leaders with materials needed throughout the day (research, documents, links, emails, etc.)
Carry out special projects and assignments
Schedule meetings and office events, including booking rooms, ordering catering, making venue reservations, etc.
Attend meetings and take notes/capture meeting minutes
For requests coming in, provide leaders with as much context as possible (e.g., decisions needed, approvals, pre-reads, etc.)
Manage credit card reconciliations
Post updates to internal SharePoint page
Update other forms and documents as needed
Provide coverage to reception during breaks and vacations
Assist the Seattle marketing team with the set up and management of in-office client events and meetings
Other duties as assigned
Strong candidates will possess the following knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint knowledge is a plus, but not required
Strong organizational skills that keep projects and day-to-day operations running efficiently
Strong discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality in dealing with internal and external stakeholders/clients
Ability to proactively manage projects and forecast needs, complete tasks, and provide status updates
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of service mindedness and dependability
Strong interest in having a positive impact on the firm and its operations.

COMPENSATION
Annual Compensation Range: $45,000-$70,000 (DOE). Potential for discretionary bonus.
THE LOCATION
This is a fully in-office position. This position will work out of our new offices located in Seattle’s International District (605 5th Ave S.) across the street from Lumen Field. The office is also across the street from King Street Station and adjacent to the International District/Chinatown Station, offering convenient access to public transportation.
